SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Imagine electric cars that charge faster, go farther, and are built more sustainably. That’s the goal behind a new partnership between Nissan and LiCAP Technologies, announced today.
The companies will work together to scale LiCAP’s Activated Dry Electrode® technology, a new way of making battery electrodes without solvents—making the process cleaner, cheaper, and more efficient. These innovations will support Nissan’s long-term plan, Ambition 2030, to bring more eco-friendly electric vehicles to drivers everywhere.
“We’re excited to strengthen our partnership with Nissan,” said Dr. Linda Zhong, CEO of LiCAP. “Together, we’re building the foundation for the next generation of EVs.”
