The ceremony took place in the prestigious St George’s Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace. As part of the formalities, Putin and Tô Lâm exchanged greetings, followed by the playing of their national anthems. The leaders subsequently introduced their respective delegations to one another.
The event set the stage for the two leaders to engage in discussions and observe the signing of bilateral cooperation documents. They later addressed the media to highlight their talks. The relationship between Vietnam and Russia spans over 75 years, characterized by a deep-rooted friendship and a high level of mutual trust.
